How Do I Exchange a Product?
Exchanges are offered for clothing items. We offer one exchange per order for the same item in a different size. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back the shirt you are exchanging and we will cover the cost to ship you a new one. You must contact us within seven days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to do an exchange and have it shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.
Ordering Tip for Sizes: Not sure what size to get? Make sure you check out our size charts under each product description; if you’re still not sure, you can email us at email@example.com.
Do You Accept Returns?
We do not accept returns unless the item arrived damaged. In that case, please contact us within seven days so we can help you with the return and getting a new one shipped out!
Also, if you have any other issues or concerns with your product, please let us know so we can do our best to rectify it.
Can I Cancel an Order?
Due to how quickly our items get made, packaged, and out the door to you, it is unfortunately too complicated to accept order cancellations. However, if you notice a mistake on your order (such as an address typo) please let us know right away so we can try to rectify it and make sure your Montana apparel still makes it to you!
